Registration Guidelines
Steps for Conference Registration & Payments:

On-campus accommodation is no longer available for faculty/post-docs/RAs/accompanying persons. All rooms in Visitor's Hostel have been booked for invited faculty. All guidelines related to on-campus accommodation are applicable now for students only.
If you opt for on-campus accommodation, pay the accommodation fee + GST separately from the registration fee. Save the proof of payment.
After completing both payments, combine the proof of payment for conference registration and accommodation (if applicable) into a single PDF file. This PDF must be uploaded during registration.
Now, proceed to fill registration form. Ensure payment is completed before filling out the registration form.
Ensure both the receipts clearly display the transaction IDs. It is strongly recommended to name the file as YourName_DOB (e.g., LightYagami_15011995) to facilitate faster verification.
Students must present a copy of valid identity card (preferably an ID that shows your current affiliation) at the time of registration to confirm eligibility for the student fee.
A Google account is essential to upload the proof of payment during the registration process. This is a requirement of Google Forms and beyond our control.Â
Registration is confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form and proof of payment.
An automated email will be sent upon successful registration by the NSAB 2025 organizing committee. Final confirmation may take up to 7 working days following payment verification. This confirmation email will include a registration receipt and your unique registration ID.
Your registration ID is essential for all conference-related activities. Keep it handy throughout the event.
After finishing your registration, kindly proceed to abstract submission page. Ignore if abstract is already submitted.
Important Information:
Early bird registration has been closed on 07th February, 2025. Submissions after this date will incur the regular fee (available only till 20th February 2025).
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference-kit, breakfast, lunch and refreshments on all conference days. However, no kit will be provided to accompanying persons.
Students are discouraged from bringing accompanying persons. Others intending to bring non-participating company must inform the organizers by January 15, 2025 and register them separately.Â

Limited, shared on-campus accommodation is available exclusively for the nights of March 10th, 11th, and 12th, 2025. Participants requiring accommodation for additional nights must inform the organizing committee in advance, no later than January 15th, 2025.Â
On-campus accommodation charges cover all three designated nights (March 10th–12th) as a package. There is no provision for partial payments (e.g., for a single night or two nights).
Other delegates (non-faculty/non-student) and those who prefer to stay outside campus can explore off-campus accommodation options listed in the accommodation section. Payments should be made directly to the hotel at the time of your stay.
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of abstract rejection. In such instances, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting applicable banking and transaction charges.
Partial financial aid (travel grants & registration fee waivers) is available for a limited number of PhD students whose abstracts are accepted for either oral or poster presentations. The bursaries will be provided as a reimbursement for a portion of the expenses incurred during travel to and from (as per GoI rules for PhD students) Mohali for the conference.
All applicants for financial assistance are required to pay the full registration fee at the time of online registration.Â
PhD students who seek to be considered for financial aid must indicate their request in the registration form during submission and need to submit a letter of support.
