Abstract Submission
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be submitted via the designated Submit Abstract button on the website by February 07th, 2025.
Only ONE abstract per individual (as the presenting author) is allowed.
Title Length: The title should not exceed 15 words.
Author list and affiliations: Include the full list of authors. Affiliations should be indicated with numbers as superscripts along the names and expanded below using the same number codes.
Keywords: Choose up to three keywords from the list that best describe your study.
Abstract Length: The abstract must be concise and not exceed 250 words.
The abstract must have a short introduction of the topic and clearly state the research objectives. It should also contain a brief description of the methodology, main findings, and conclusions of the study. References, figures, or tables cannot be included in the abstract. Any use AI in the study must be declared.
All submissions must be original. Plagiarized content will result in immediate rejection.
Please indicate your preferred presentation mode: oral or poster. However, the final decision will rest with the organizing committee due to limited availability of slots for oral presentations.
Abstract acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent by February 20th, 2025.
If accepted, the notification will include detailed guidelines for your presentation or poster preparation.
Registration is not mandatory at the time of abstract submission. However, if your abstract is shortlisted, conference registration will be required to present your study, either as an oral or poster presentation.
Failure to register within ten days of the shortlist announcement will result in forfeiture of the presentation opportunity, which will be passed to the next individual on the waiting list.
It is recommended to register at the earliest to avail early bird registration benefits.
Students who wish to be considered for awards (best talk/poster) must indicate their request in the abstract submission form.
